Booking & Payment
- Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website, www.dayoutdubai.com, or through one of our authorized partners. When you make a booking, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
- Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in market conditions, or other factors. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.
- Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation and should be presented upon arrival at the tour location
Cancellation & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Services : Some services, such as special event tickets, personalized experiences, or last-minute bookings, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the booking process
- Tour Operator Cancellations: Day Out Dubai reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
